WHOLE BODY ACHING LIKE NOBODY BUSINESS!.
lol!. it was a super duper tiring and had sweat it all out on Friday afternoon..
120609 FRIDAY
met Joachim in the morning then went eat and walk walk then off to yio chu kang MRT station to meet the rest to come.. the Darren was the first to reached but he has to go pick up Manoj and gang so we waited again till Manoj, Darren, Faris, Cassandra, Akarachai and Eymard and continue waiting for the rest and there til Wenli, Lynn and wanting came and we decided to go as it getting late.. so met Samantha, Lucas, Izyan and Deana at the court.. played from 2pm to 5pm!!!!! its was really tiring.. SERIOUSLY!. then went cheers to buy some food to eat and everyone went off and left Samantha and i went to Wenli house as we wanted to play basketball.. ate at her house then rest for awhile and then went down at around 7plus and played until Tuckseng and Lucas to come and played some match and went home at 9.30pm.. reached home after bathing head straight to the bed!. and sleep.. ZZZzzzzz
130609 SATURDAY
had GREAT difficulty of getting out of bed!! its like almost bedridden.. LOL!. then went washed up and couldn't sit down easily as muscles are really die-ing.. brush teeth also need to rest for awhile as hand muscles has also shed out.. so as what i say its REALLY LIKE BEDRIDDEN.. LOL!. then went breakfast cum lunch with grandma and sis at kovan then back to grandma house and then home.. watch TV laying down on sofa almost the whole day.. then slept quite early..

the aching is improving BUT still aching.. hope i will get well by tomorrow.. gonna watch boys over flower from some website.. has always wanting to watch but lazy.. LOL!. okok..
